WARRANTY

All products purchased from WatersportDiscounts.com carry the full manufacturer’s 1-Year Limited Warranty.  In addition, WatersportDiscounts.com offers a 1-year from date of purchase warranty on all items and will handle all warranty claims with manufacturer on your behalf. If the manufacturer is no longer in business, WatersportDiscounts.com will review your warranty claim and, at our discretion, help to provide an equitable solution.  All warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser on record.  Our policy is to repair or replace all warranty/defective product.  No refunds will be given on warranty claims.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Please contact us regarding any warranty questions.

 

RETURNS

Unused product will be eligible for a full refund within 30 days of date of purchase along with your packing slip, original packaging and tags attached. Watersport Discounts reserves the right to approve all returns and has the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with policy requirements. 

To initiate a return, you must first contact WatersportDiscounts.com by emailing custserv@hosports.com or calling 1-833-548-7283 (548-SAVE) to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. Purchases authorized for return may be completed by sending the unused merchandise to the following address:

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your return and credit your original form of payment. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

**Items must be returned in like-new condition. Items that are used, damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, or missing major contents may be denied a return. Also, please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return, or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.

**Factory Certified iSUPs (Hyperlite Elevation) must be returned in same condition as sent with all accessories (3-Piece Paddle, Carry Pack, Safety Leash, SUP Fin, Electric Pump, Carry Strap, Dry Storage Bag, & Repair Kit) If you do not, we may either deny the return, or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.
